Our available delivery services are:

Standard Shipping

Orders totaling $39.00 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Estimated transit period: 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Expedited Shipping

Shipping charge: $23.99 USD.
Estimated transit period: 1–2 business days after dispatch, where available.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Order processing is separate from the carrier's delivery period.

The shipping methods and applicable charges available for your order will be displayed before payment is completed.

We may use our own facilities or third-party fulfillment partners to prepare and dispatch orders. Accordingly, the shipping origin may differ from our registered business address.

Delivery periods are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather conditions, public holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Order Cancellations

Eligible purchases may be submitted for return within 90 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

For change-of-mind returns, products should be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and maintained in their original condition. Original packaging and supplied accessories should be included where applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses for preference-based returns.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, we will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution without additional cost to the customer.

Where a return is required because of such an issue, we will arrange or cover the necessary return shipping.
